Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours notice should they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
As our clinic is home to a collective of independent specialists, each practitioner operates with their own individual cancellation policy, terms, and professional insurance. We therefore recommend that clients familiarise themselves with the specific policies of their chosen practitioner at the time of booking.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to charges in line with the specialist or practitioner's terms, and a fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost can be imposed.
Clinic Policy
To preserve the calm and refined atmosphere of the clinic, we kindly ask that children only attend when they have a scheduled treatment of their own.
We are unable to accommodate children who are not booked in for an appointment.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a calm and uninterrupted experience for all clients.
